Refund & Exchange Policy :

1. Digital Nature of Products

Since Ozo 3D provides digital files (STL) for immediate download, all sales are final and non-refundable once the payment is processed and the download link is generated.

2. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)

Refunds may be considered only in the following specific cases:

  1. Technical Defect: If the file is corrupted or unusable, and we fail to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of notification.

  2. Incorrect Item: If you received a different file than the one described on the product page.

  3. Duplicate Payment: In case of a technical glitch resulting in multiple charges for the same order.

3. Requirements

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be granted if the system logs show that the file has already been downloaded.
